We use a mixture of mobility and strengthening exercises alongside Pilates to help you move and feel better.
This approach is functional and builds flexibility throughout the body, strength without bulk, improves alignment and can greatly reduce both muscle and joint pain.
We use deep stretching, dynamic strength exercises and breathing techniques to give a strengthening and restorative workout which benefits both mind and body.
Regular Pilates sessions will deliver:
• Improved posture
• Increased flexibility and mobility

• Improved body awareness
• Body co-ordination and control
• A balance of body and mind
Classes must be booked and paid for in advance.
All abilities are welcome.
All classes are 50 minutes in length.
You must bring all your own equipment including a suitable mat.

These sessions can be at my small home studio or at your home.
Individually tailored sessions to meet your fitness requirements or training needs such as weight loss, training for an event or just wanting to maintain fitness. Using bodyweight exercises, kettlebells, HIIT, Pilates and mobility to create a functional and attainable session which allows you to get the most from your time and your body.
1 Hour plus training plan and follow up - £50
1 Hour (no training plan) - £40
These sessions can be done in my small home studio, outside, at your place of work or your home.
