Pilates is a system of body conditioning that is both gentle and athletic, if taught correctly it can dramatically transform how your body moves, feels and performs.
It builds strength without bulk and teaches body awareness, good alignment and can greatly reduce both muscle and joint pain.
We use deep stretching, dynamic strength exercises and breathing techniques to give a strengthening and restorative workout which benefits both mind and body.
Regular Pilates sessions will deliver:

• Improved body awareness
• Body co-ordination and control
• A balance of body and mind
Classes must be booked and paid for in advance.
All abilities are welcome.
All classes are 45 minutes in length and are via Zoom.
I run a small group strength and conditioning class from my garden.
We use HIIT or circuits to create an effective strength building, low impact workout which will burn fat, build muscle and speed metabolism.

One to one sessions offer a more tailored approach to your fitness. I offer personal training and Pilates one to one sessions or a bit of both!
A programme is designed specifically for your needs including a full consultation, nutrition advice and home workout plans.
