Jayne has been in the fitness industry since 2006, qualifying first as a Level 3 Personal Trainer and Studio Cycling instructor.
Jayne has always had a passion for Pilates and wanted to offer a more rounded approach to her training and in 2007 she became a Pilates Level 3 mat-work instructor.
Since then she has offered her clients mat Pilates classes as well as one-to-one sessions and Pilates based Personal Training.
She provides a holistic and tailored approach to mastering Pilates for total wellbeing using realistic and functional exercises.
Jayne is fully insured through UK Coaching and registered with CIMSPA and in 2014 undertook a complete Pilates requalification including certification in Pilates small equipment.
The Pilates session the other evening was amazing, my poor sensitive back is great thanks to you! It’s been in a lot of pain up until now and my tummy was looking and feeling very pleased with itself too.

I always enjoy my sessions with Kilterhealth. Jayne is a great instructor – she explains why I’m doing each exercise and how they all work on my body. She keeps a close eye on where my shoulders, hips and feet should be during the exercises so I stay aligned and get the most out of the hour. I love Pilates and go to two classes every week.
