Due to COVID-19 restrictions there are currently no face to face classes running.
I now have Pilates Zoom classes and a Strength and Conditioning Small Group Outdoor class up and running.
Personal Training and Pilates 1-2-1 are also available via Zoom or outdoors.

We run friendly, mixed ability matwork classes on Zoom. These are block booked over 4 or 5 weeks.
We offer individually tailored one to one sessions which are specifically designed to help you reach your health and fitness goals. Both Personal Training and Pilates sessions available either outdoors or via Zoom.
Using my garden space we run a small group outdoor strength and conditioning class. This class is 8 people maximum and is booked in 4 week blocks.
